National Herald Case : ईडी को मिला बड़ा सुराग, सोनिया-राहुल फिर ईडी के निशानें पर

नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में ED को इससे जुड़ी संस्थाओं के बीच हवाला लेन-देन के बड़े सबूत मिले हैं। सूत्रों की माने तो, यंग इंडिया परिसर की तलाशी पूरी करने के बाद ईडी नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में बड़ी कार्रवाई अमल में ला सकती है। वही सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी के बयानों को लेकर भी फिर से दोबारा जांच की जाएगी. बता दें कि बीते बुधवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए ईडी के अधिकारियों ने नेशनल हेराल्ड दफ्तर के यंग इंडिया लिमिटेड ऑफिस को सील कर दिया था। ईडी का कहना है कि जांच एजेंसी को तीसरे पक्ष और नेशनल हेराल्ड से जुड़ी संस्थाओं के बीच हवाला लेन-देन के सबूत मिले हैं।
आपकों बता दें कि यंग इंडियन परिसर ही में तलाशी पूरी करने के बाद ईडी नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में बड़ी कार्रवाई करेगी। ईडी सूत्रों ने बताया कि तलाशी के दौरान जांच एजेंसी ने यंग इंडिया लिमिटेड दफ्तर से दस्तावेज सबूत बरामद किए गये है, जोकि मुंबई और कोलकाता के हवाला ऑपरेटरों से हवाला लेन-देन को दर्शाता है। ईडी सूत्रों का यह भी कहना है कि जांच एजेंसी राहुल गांधी और सोनिया गांधी के बयानों की दोबारा जांच कर रही है। ईडी सोनिया गांधी और राहुल के इस दावे से सहमत नहीं है कि एजेएल और यंग इंडियन के संबंध में सभी वित्तीय निर्णय मोती लाल वोरा द्वारा किए गए थे। साथ ही, ईडी सोनिया और राहुल गांधी के इस स्पष्टीकरण से सहमत नहीं है कि उन्हें यंग इंडियन से इसकी धारा 25 कंपनी की अधिनियम फर्म के रूप में मौद्रिक लाभ नहीं मिला।
यंग इंडिया के ऑफिस में फिर छापामारी, ईडी के समक्ष पेश हुए खडग़े
नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में कांग्रेस की फजीहत खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। गुरुवार को कांग्रेस पार्टी के सीनियर नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खडग़े हेराल्ड हाउस में ही ईडी अधिकारियों के सामने खुद को पेश किया। इसी के साथ कांग्रेस के स्वामित्व वाले अखबार नेशनल हेराल्ड की होल्डिंग कंपनी यंग इंडिया के ऑफिस में ईडी ने फिर से छापामारी की। राज्यसभा में विपक्ष के नेता 80 वर्षीय खडग़े दोपहर करीब 12:40 बजे आईटीओ के पास बहादुर शाह जफर मार्ग स्थिति हेराल्ड भवन पहुंचे और ईडी के अधिकारियों से मिले। कंपनी के प्रमुख अधिकारी होने के नाते ईडी ने यंग इंडिया के ऑफिस पर छापेमारी के दौरान उनकी उपस्थिति की मांग की थी। छापामारी के बाद ईडी ने खडग़े कसे अपने ऑफिस में तलब किया और केस के संबंध में पूछताछ की।
