Ghulam Nabi Azad: कांग्रेस पार्टी को सालों तक अपना परिवार मानते रहें वरिष्ठ नेता गुलाम नबी आजाद फिर से कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी सहित पार्टी के अन्य नेताओं को अपने कांग्रेस छोड़ने का कारण बताया है । उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी तो सिर्फ बहाना मात्र है, G-23 के पत्र लिखे जाने के बाद से उनका और मेरा विवाद बना हुआ है। मोदी को सवाल पूछना पसंद नहीं है, वह कभी नहीं चाहते थे कि कोई उन्हें पत्र लिखे, उनसे सवाल करे। मेरी कांग्रेस के साथ कई बैठकें हुईं, लेकिन एक भी सुझाव नहीं लिया गया।’
परिवार के सदस्यों ने किया मजबूर
उन्होंने कहा, “ परिवार के सदस्यों ने उन्हें घर छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर किया। जब लोगों को लगे कि आपको वहां नहीं रहना चाहिए तो बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति उस जगह को छोड़ देता है। ” उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें मौजूदा नेतृत्व की कार्यशैली को लेकर समस्या है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 25 वर्षों से कोई चुनाव पार्टी में नहीं हुआ है।

आजाद ने राज्यसभा में उनका कार्यकाल समाप्त होने के दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा दिए गए विदाई संबोधन का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने सोचा था कि प्रधानमंत्री किसी की ‘परवाह’ नहीं करते लेकिन उन्होंने फिर भी ‘इंसानियत’ दिखाई।कांग्रेस नेता जयराम रमेश द्वारा उनके डीएनए पर सवाल उठाए जाने पर गुलाम नबी आजाद ने कहा, “जो व्यक्ति मेरे डीएनए की बात कर रहा है उसका डीएनए क्या है। क्या वह केवल मेरे खिलाफ स्टोरी प्लांट करने के लिए है। वह राज्यसभा में बैठकर भाजपा सदस्यों को पर्ची भेजते हैं और वह मेरे डीएनए की बात कर रहे हैं। ” उल्लेखनीय है कि आजाद ने गत शुक्रवार को पार्टी के सभी पदों के साथ प्राथमिक सदस्यता से भी इस्तीफा दे दिया था।
