Cyber Crime: जिला सिरमौर में दो वर्ष पहले दर्ज ऑनलाइन ठगीके मामले में सिरमौर पुलिस को बड़ी कामयाबी हाथ लगी है. पुलिस ने ऑनलाइन ठगी के मामले में नासिक से आरोपी को पकड लिया है. पुलिस से मिली जानकारी अनुसार 04 मार्च 2021 को लाजिन्द्र दत पुत्र आत्मा राम निवासी गाँव चौंरिया डा0 सुरला तहसील नाहन जिला सिरमौर हि0 प्र0 ने थाना नाहन में एक शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जिसमे उन्होंने बताया कि 02.03.2021 को समय करीब 2:15 बजे दिन इसके मोबाईल नम्बर पर बैंक मैनेजर के नाम से फोन आया तथा उसने कहा कि आपका PNB का ATM कार्ड ब्लाक हो रहा है, इसे चालू ऱखने के लिए आप अपना आधार कार्ड नं0 बतायें. जिस पर इसने अपना आधार कार्ड का नम्बर बतला दिया. इस के बाद उसने खाता नम्बर मांगा फिर ATM कार्ड का नम्बर मांगा फिर नोम्नी बनाने के लिए किसी अन्य कार्ड होल्डर का खाता नम्बर भी मांगा. इसके बाद फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति ने कहा कि अपनी पत्नी के मोबाईल से फोन करो तथा उस पर एक मैसेज आएगा ।
खाते से उड़ गयें 19 लाख…
इसकी पत्नी के मोबाईल पर OTP नम्बर आया जो इसने उस व्यक्ति को बतलाया जिसके पश्चात इसकी पत्नी के खाता से 25 हजार रुपये कट गए । इसने उस व्यक्ति से पुछा कि पैसे क्यों कटे तो उसने कहा कि पैसे वापिस आ जाएगें । इसके कुछ समय पश्चात उस व्यक्ति का दोबार फोन आया तथा पुछा कि आपकी पत्नी आपके खाते में नोम्नी नही है और आपको दोबारा से OTP आया है उसे बतलाओ । इसको दोबारा से OTP आने व बतलाने पर इसके खाता से फिर 35000 रुपये कट गए जब इसने फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति से पुछा तो उसने कहा कि सरवर प्रोब्लम है व 24 घण्टें के अन्दर पैसे वापिस आ जाएगें । अगले दिन सुबह इसे फोन आया कि आपकी पत्नी के पैसे वापिस कर रहा हुँ इनका नोम्नी एक्टीवेट नही हुआ है कोई दुसरा ATM बतलाओ । उसके बाद इसने अपने SBI नाहन के खाते की डिटेल बतला दी तो इसके SBI खाता से 50,000 रुपये निकल गए तथा ऐसे करते हुए इसके खातों से कुल 19,03,376 रुपये निकाल लिए गए. जिस पर थाना नाहन में अभियोग सख्यां 16/21 दिनांक 04-03-2021 U/S 420 IPC, 66(C), 66 (D) IT Act. पंजीकृत किया गया ।
नासिक से पकड़ा गया आरोपी
मामले की पड़ताल में पुलिस द्वारा करवाई अमल में लाइ गई तथा इस मामले में निरीक्षक सेवा सिंह के नेतृत्व में एक अन्वेषण दल का गठन किया गया. जिसमें मु0आ0 विकास कान्डा, मु0आ0 रोहित कुमार, आरक्षी अमरेन्द्र सिंह, आरक्षी कुलविन्द्र सिंह व आरक्षी मोहीत सैनी को शामिल किया गया । इस दल द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए दिनांक 06.01.2023 को नासिक से आरोपी चेतन राजेश चौहान को गिरफ्तार किया गया. जिसकी पुछताछ पर यह खुलासा हुआ कि इसमें अन्य लोगों की सलिंपत्ता भी है. तत्पश्चात अभियोग में पुन: निरीक्षक सेवा सिंह की अगुवाई में 23.01.2023 को टीम मुम्बई (महाराष्ट्र) के लिए रवाना हुई । उक्त टीम द्रवारा प्रितम रवि कुमार सौनी से नवी मुम्बई में पुछताछ की गई. जिसने पुछताछ के दौरान अरविन्द कुशवाह को भी इस वारदात में शामिल होना बतलाया । उपरोक्त टीम द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए यह टीम मुम्बई से भोपाल मध्य प्रदेश के लिए रवाना हुई जहां पर अरविन्द कुशवाह से पुछताछ की गई । जिसके इस अभियोग में शामिल होने के सम्बन्ध में साक्ष्य भी मिले । इन दोनों को पुलिस द्वारा दिनांक 03-02-2023 को गिरफ्तार किया गया जिन्हें न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा ।
पकडे गयें 3 आरोपी बाकियों की तलाश जारी
पुलिस द्वारा इस मामले में संलिप्त अभी तक तीन आरोपीयों चेतन राजेश चौहान पुत्र राजेश चौहान निवासी मरीमाता गेट भीमनगर, ओमार नासिक महाराष्ट्र उम्र 21 वर्ष दुसरा प्रितम रवि कुमार सौनी पुत्र रवी कुमार निवासी विहाईद पावर हाउस सिद्धार्थ नगर वार्ड न0 5 वोरेविलेज मेधे थाना व जिला वर्धा महाराष्ट् उम्र 31 साल तथा अरविन्द कुशवाह पुत्र श्री कमलेश कुशवाह निवासी मकान न0 7, साई राम कलौनी सेमरा गेट चदावरा तहसील व जिला हजुर भोपाल मध्य प्रदेश, उम्र 33 साल को गिरफ्तार किया लिया है । पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले में अन्य व्यक्तियों की सलिंपत्ता भी पाई जा रही है, जिन्हें भी पुलिस शीघ्र गिरफतार कर लेगी ।
टेलीफोन पर किसी भी बैंक खातों की जानकारी न दें
उक्त अभियोग 19 लाख रुपये की ठगी का मामला था, शिकायत कर्ता द्वारा स्वंय टेलिफोन पर अपने बैंक खातों की जानकारी आरोपियों से साझां की गई थी । आम जनता से अपील की जाती है कि वह अपनी किसी भी तरह की जानकारी खासकर टेलिफोन पर किसी भी अजनबी से शेयर ना करे अन्यथा आप भी ठगी का शिकार हो सकते है. उक्त टीम की कडी मेहनत व कार्य के प्रति लग्न को देखते हुए बाहरी राज्यों के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों से आरोपी को पकडने की प्रशंसा की है तथा उक्त पुलिस टीम को प्रशंस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया है तथा कहा कि यदि कोई भी कार्य मेहनत, लग्न एंवम निष्ठापुर्वक किया जाए तो कुछ भी असंभव नही है ।
