गाड़ी के चालक को इसने गाड़ी से निचे उतर कर गाड़ी को चैक करवाने को कहा तो गाडी का चालक गाडी से उतर कर हरियाणा की तरफ जंगल में भाग गया जो शक होने पर गाड़ी की तिरपाल को खोल कर देखा गया तो गाडी में लकडी के स्लीपर भरे थे जिसकी सुचना थाना पर दी ।
उसके बाद मौका पर वन विभाग की टीम को बुलाया । लोड लकडी के स्लीपरों को उतार कर लकडी को चैक किया व एक रिपोर्ट अलग से पेश पुलिस की । मुताबिक रिपोर्ट के पिक अप उपरोक्त से बरामदा लकडी के कुल नग 34 किस्म देवदार की Volume 2.676 m3 व कीमत 2,67,400/-रुपये पाई गई । मुकदमा हजा की तफतीश अमल में लाई जा रही है ।
