Shimla:अदानी समूह के सीमेंट प्लांट बंद हुए 62 दिन का समय बीत चुका है. अब तक इस विवाद में बीच का रास्ता तय नहीं हो सका. मंगलवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य सचिवालय में दोनों पक्षों की बैठक एक बार फिर असफल रही है. हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की तरफ से उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने दोनों पक्षों के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वह सफल नहीं हो सके सीमेंट प्लांट विवाद को लेकर ट्रक ऑपरेटर यूनियन के प्रतिनिधियों का कहना है कि अदानी समूह अड़ियल रवैया अपनाए हुए है. अदानी समूह की ओर से जो दाम दिए जा रहे हैं, वह उस पर कायम नहीं रहते. सोमवार की बैठक में अदानी समूह कुछ और बात कर रहा था, जबकि मंगलवार की बैठक में समूह ने अपनी बात को ही बदल दिया. ट्रक ऑपरेटर यूनियन ने चेताया है कि जब तक भी नहीं चाहेंगे, तब तक अडानी अपने सीमेंट प्लांट को शुरू नहीं कर सकेगा. उन्होंने कहा कि ट्रक ऑपरेटर 10 रुपए 71 पैसे में काम करने के लिए तैयार हुए हैं, लेकिन अदानी अड़ियल रवैया अपनाए हुए है ।
उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार दोनों पक्षों में समन्वय स्थापित करने की कोशिश कर रही है. इस विवाद में सरकार का कोई प्रत्यक्ष हस्तक्षेप नहीं है. बावजूद इसके सरकार प्रयासरत है कि जल्द से जल्द इस विवाद को सुलझाया जा सके. उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ट्रक ऑपरेटर यूनियन के साथ खड़ी है इस विवाद की वजह से न केवल ट्रक ऑपरेटर यूनियन को नुकसान हो रहा है, बल्कि अदानी समूह और हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार भी नुकसान झेल रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि सीमेंट प्लांट बंद होने की वजह से हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को रोजानादो करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान हो रहा है. हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने कहा कि ट्रक सीमेंट प्लांट से करीब एक लाख लोगों की रोजी-रोटी जुड़ी हुई है. ऐसे में सरकार दोनों पक्षों के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करने की कोशिश कर रही है।
