हिमाचल प्रदेश में अडानी ग्रुप व ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स के बीच चले माल ढुलाई भाड़े को लेकर विवाद लगातार गर्माता जा रहा है. एक ओर जहां प्रदेश की कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा सब कमेटी बनाकर सीमेंट कंपनी प्रबंधन व ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स के बीच समझौता करवाने के मकसद से एक के बाद एक बैठक आयोजित की जा रही है तो वहीं माल ढुलाई भाड़े पर कंपनी प्रबंधन व ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स के बीच तालमेल नहीं बन पा रहा है. यही नहीं अडानी ग्रुप द्वारा 14 दिसंबर को एक तुगलकी फरमान जारी कर 15 दिसंबर से प्रदेश के बरमाणा व दाड़लाघाट दोनों सीमेंट प्लांट को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए बंद करने के आदेश जारी किए थे जिसके बाद से दोनों सीमेंट प्लांट को बंद हुए 35 दिन से ज्यादा हो चले है और हजारों ट्रकों के पहिये थमे हुए है. ऐसे में दोनों प्लांट से जुड़े ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स, चालक, ढाबा संचालक व स्पेयर पार्ट्स की दुकानदारों की माली हालत दिन प्रतिदिन खस्ता होती जा रही है जिससे नाराज दोनों सीमेंट प्लांट के ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स ने कंपनी प्रबंधन सहित केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार के खिलाफ आक्रोश महारैली का आयोजन किया. चंडीगढ़-मनाली नेशनल हाइवे 205 स्थित कोठीपुरा से उपायुक्त कार्यालय बिलासपुर तक पैदल आक्रोश रैली निकालकर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की. वहीं इस दौरान ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स यूनियन बरमाणा व दाड़लाघाट के पदाधिकारियों का कहना है कि ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स द्वारा माल ढुलाई भाड़े की तय कीमत को जब प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा गठित सब कमेटी ने भी सही ठहराया है तो कंपनी प्रबंधन इन कीमतों को देने से क्यों परहेज कर रहा है. साथ ही ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स का कहना है कि सीमेंट प्लांट बंद होने से उनकी आर्थिक हालत काफी दयनीय हो चली है ऐसे में सरकार इस दिशा में कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाती और सीमेंट प्लांटस को जल्द खोलने के साथ ही उचित माल ढुलाई भाड़ा ट्रक ऑपरेटर्स को नहीं देती है तो आने वाले समय में यह आक्रोश रैली प्रदेश व्यापी आंदोलन का रूप ले लेगी और इससे प्रदेश में कोई गंभीर हालात पैदा होते हैं तो इसकी जिम्मेवारी प्रदेश सरकार व कंपनी प्रबंधन की ही होगी
