नींबू का जूस :- नींबू के रस से शरीर की कई बीमारियां दूर हो जाती हैं. यह हमारे पेट की समस्या ही नहीं बल्कि त्वचा के लिए भी काफी फायदेमंद होता है. अपने कब्ज की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए थोड़ा शहद लेकर उसमें दो-चार नींबू की बूंदे मिला लें. इसका सेवन करने से आपको तुरंत एनर्जी मिलेगी.

नाशपती का जूस :- नाशपती खाने से भी आपके शरीर को बहुत फायदा मिलता है. नाशपाती के जूस का सेवन करने से आपको पेट और कब्ज जैसी समस्याओं से आराम मिलेगा. नाशपाती फल में आपको विटामिन के और सी जैसेपोषक तत्व मिलते हैं. इसके अलावा नाशपाती में पोटेशियम भी पाया जाता है.

मौसमी का जूस :- मौसमी में पाए जाने वाले एसिड तत्व हमारी आंतो से जहरीले तत्वों को बाहर निकालते हैं. मौसमी का जूस पीने से कब्ज से जैसी समस्याएं तुरंत दूर होती हैं. इसके अलावा आप इसमें एक चुटकी नमक डालकर भी सेवन कर सकते हैं.

आलुबुखारा का रस :- आलूबुखारा का रस पीने से आपकी पाचन क्रिया मजबूत होती है. इस फल के जूस का सेवन करने से आपका हाई ब्लड प्रेशर भी कंट्रोल में रहेगा. इस फल का जूस स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत लाभकारी माना जाता है.
