Education: यूक्रेन से लौटे मेडिकल छात्रों की समस्या पर सरकार के समुचित प्रक्रिया पर दिए जवाब के बाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई दशहरे की छुट्टियों के बाद तक के लिए टाल दी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट 11 अक्टूबर को मामले की सुनवाई करेगा. आज हुई सुनवाई में जस्टिस हेमंत गुप्ता ने सरकार से पूछा कि क्या आपने उन देशों की पहचान कर ली है, जो अपने यहां के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में इन छात्रों को बाकी का मेडिकल कोर्स पूरा करने के लिए दाखिला देने के लिए तैयार है?
इस पर छात्र के वकील ने कहा कि यूक्रेन के कुछ मेडिकल कॉलेज छात्रों को ट्रांसफर डॉक्यूमेंट लेने के लिए वहां आने को कह रहे हैं. कुछ ट्रांसफर डॉक्यूमेंट देने से पहले पूरी फीस की मांग कर रहे हैं. ऐसे में हमारी सरकार को वहां की सरकार के जरिए उन विश्वविद्यालयों पर दबाव बनाना होगा.
करीब 500 से हजार पीड़ित छात्रों ने अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. वहां के विश्वविद्यालयों ने ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई शुरू कर दी है. लेकिन भारत में उसे लेकर अब तक कोई स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है कि ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई के बाद मिली चिकित्सा स्नातक की डिग्री को नेशनल मेडिकल कमिशन मान्यता देगा या नहीं?
कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार से अगली सुनवाई से पहले इन मुद्दों का हल निकालने के लिए कहा है. एडिशनल सॉलिसिटर जनरल का कहना है कि विदेश मंत्रालय इस बात पर गंभीर और समुचित प्रक्रिया पर आगे बढ़ रहा है. आपको बता दें कि कोर्ट में सरकार अपना पक्ष स्पष्ट कर चुकी है और कह चुकी है कि यूक्रेन से लौटे स्टूडेंट को भारतीय यूनिवर्सिटी में दाखिला नहीं दिया जा सकता है. अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद ही इन छात्रों की स्थिति साफ हो पाएगी.
