Hartalika Teej: भारतीय कैलेंडर के भाद्रपद महीने में कई प्रमुख व्रत और त्योहार आते हैं. भाद्रपद महीने की शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया तिथि को हिंदू धर्म अनुसार हरतालिका तीज का पर्व मनाया जाता है. इस व्रत को कुंवारी कन्याओं और विवाहित महिलाओं के लिए जरूरी माना गया है.

सुहागिन स्त्रियां अपने पति की लंबी उम्र के लिए हरतालिका तीज का व्रत रखती हैं तो कुंवारी कन्याएं अच्छा पति मिलने की उम्मीद से यह व्रत रखती हैं. पुराणों में ऐसा बताया गया है कि भगवान शंकर को अपने पति के रूप में पाने के लिए यह व्रत किया था. इस साल 30 अगस्त 2022 को हरतालिका तीज का महिलाओं द्वारा किया जाएगा.

हरतालिका तीज का व्रत बहुत ही कठिन माना जाता है. इस व्रत का फल पाने के लिए आपको दिए गए जरूरी नियम भी मानने पड़ते हैं. इसके सभी नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करना होता है.

हरतालिका तीज का शुभ मुहूर्त

पंडितों के अनुसार इस बार हरतालिका तीज का समय 29 अगस्त 2022 को दोपहर 3:20 से शुरू होगा और यह अगले दिन 30 अगस्त 2022 को दोपहर 3:33 तक रहेगा. शुभ मुहूर्त यानी उदया तिथि के हिसाब से यह व्रत 30 अगस्त के दिन ही किया जाएगा. 30 अगस्त को पूजा का समय में बताया गया है.

30 अगस्त के दिन सुबह 6:00 बजे से 8:40 तक पूजा करने का शुभ मुहूर्त बताया गया है. अगर कोई कुंवारी कन्या या अविवाहित स्त्री इस समय पूजा नहीं कर पाती है तो वह शाम को 6:30 से लेकर 8:50 मिनट तक इस व्रत के लिए पूजा कर सकती हैं.

हरतालिका तीज व्रत के नियम

:- हरतालिका तीज (Hartalika Teej) का व्रत ऐसा होता है, जिसमें पूरे दिन बिना पानी पिए रहना पड़ता है. इस व्रत में कोई भी चीज का और पी नहीं सकते हैं. अगर व्रत करने वाली कोई स्त्री गर्भवती है या फिर बीमार है तो वह केवल फलाहार खा सकती हैं.


:- व्रत करने वाली महिला या कुंवारी कन्या व्रत के दौरान दिन और रात में कभी भी नहीं सो सकती हैं. यानी कि व्रत करने वाली महिला को पूरे दिन विजाग कर रहना पड़ता है और रात के समय में भजन भाव करते रहना चाहिए. इस व्रत में सोना बिल्कुल वर्जित है.


:- अगर कोई कुंवारी कन्या या अविवाहित स्त्री इस व्रत को एक बार शुरू कर लेती है, तो वह इसे बीच में नहीं छोड़ सकती है. अगर आप किसी साल से हरतालिका तीज का व्रत करना शुरू कर रहे हैं तो इस बात का विशेष रूप से ध्यान रखें. अगर आपके घर में सूतक लगा है या फिर किसी दूसरे कारण से आप पूजा नहीं कर पा रही हो तब भी आपको यह व्रत जरूर करना है.
