Himachal Budget 2023 : हिमाचल सरकार ने वित्त वर्ष 2023-23 के बजट की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। इसे देखते हुए सरकार ने प्रदेशवासियों से नए बजट के लिए सुझाव मांग लिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान मीडिया सलाहाकार नरेश चौहान ने बताया कि बेहतर बजट बनाने के मकसद से समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों से सहभागिता तथा विचारों का समावेश किया जाएगा।उन्होंने आम लोगों, उद्योगों, व्यापारिक तथा कृषक संगठनों से बजट के लिए सुझाव देने का आग्रह किया है। यह सुझाव 15 फरवरी तक ईमेल के माध्यम से [email protected] अथवा सचिव (वित्त) के कार्यालय के नाम पत्र के माध्यम से भेजे जा सकते हैं।

कर्ज से मुक्ति पाने के लिए सुझाव लेना जरुरी –

मुख्य सचिव प्रबोध सक्सेना ने कहा कि बजट के लिए सुझाव राजस्व प्राप्ति में वृद्धि, व्यय नियंत्रण तथा अन्य सम्बद्ध मामलों पर दिए जा सकते हैं। इससे बजट निर्माण में पारदर्शिता, खुलापन, प्रतिक्रियात्मक तथा सहभागी दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री से पहले कई बार कह चुके हैं कि उनका पहला बजट, उनकी सरकार की दिशा को तय करेगा। इसलिए भी लोगों के सुझाव इस बजट को बनाने से पहले जरूरी हैं। मुख्यमंत्री बजट से पहले विधायकों से भी हर साल की तरह बैठक कर सुझाव लेंगे।

बजट के लिए सुझाव राजस्व प्राप्ति में वृद्धि, व्यय नियंत्रण तथा अन्य सम्बद्ध मामलों पर दिए जा सकते है। इससे बजट निर्माण में पारदर्शिता, खुलापन, प्रतिक्रियात्मक तथा सहभागी दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।बता दें कि हिमाचल पर पहले ही 71 हजार करोड़ का कर्ज हो गया है। प्रदेशवासी इस कर्ज को कम करने, सरकार की फिजूलखर्ची रोकने, आय से साधन बढ़ाने के लिए सुझाव दे सकते हैं।
