एंजियोप्लास्टी क्या हैं?
एंजियोप्लास्टी एक चिकित्सा प्रक्रिया है जिसमें एक अवरुद्ध धमनी को फैलाने और खोलने के लिए एक गुब्बारे का उपयोग किया जाता है। इसमें एक छोटी मेश ट्यूब डाली जाती है, जिसे चिकित्सकीय रूप से स्टेंट कहा जाता है। सर्जरी के बाद अवरुद्ध धमनियों के स्थायी समाधान के रूप में स्टेंट को शरीर के अंदर छोड़ दिया जाता है। स्टेंट या तो धातु की जाली या कपड़े या सिलिकॉन या सामग्रियों के संयोजन से बना हो सकता है।
एंजियोप्लास्टी को बैलून एंजियोप्लास्टी और पर्क्यूटेनियस ट्रांसलूमिनल एंजियोप्लास्टी के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। यह एथेरोस्क्लेरोसिस या ऐसी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए एक शल्य चिकित्सा उपाय के रूप में किया जाता है जहां रक्त वाहिकाओं में फैटी प्लेक बनते हैं। यह उपचार पद्धति ज्यादातर वहां लागू की जाती है जहां रुकावट 50% से अधिक होती है।
दिल का दौरा पड़ा –
दिल का दौरा एक मेडिकल इमरजेंसी है जिसमें हृदय में रक्त का प्रवाह रुक जाता है। यह आमतौर पर रक्त के थक्के के कारण होता है। रक्त की प्रचुर आपूर्ति के बिना ऊतक मर जाते हैं। दिल का दौरा थकान, चक्कर आना, असामान्य दिल की धड़कन, चिंता और छाती और अंगों में दर्द और जबड़े में भी दर्द जैसे लक्षणों की विशेषता है।
