Chaitra Navratri 2023 : हिन्दुओं के प्रसिद्ध त्योहार चैत्र नवरात्रि की तैयारियां शुरू हो गई हैं. जैसा की इसने नाम से ही साफ है ये पर्व नौ दिनों तक मनाया जाता है. इन नौ दिनों में दुर्गा के नौ रूपों की पूजा और अराधना होती हैं. चैत्र नवरात्रि में राम नवमी, चैती छठ पूजा भी की जाती है. आईए आपके बताते है कि इस बार चैत्र नवरात्रि कब से शुरू हो रहे हैं और कलश स्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त क्या है ?

नवरात्रि में पूजा की विधि –

नवरात्रि के दिनों में मां दुर्गा की पूजा का विशेष विधि विधान है. कहते हैं इन नौ दिनों में जो भी मां दुर्गा भक्ति भाव और विधि विधान से पूजा करता है उसकी सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती हैं. इस बार चैती नवरात्रि 22 मार्च 2023 से 30 मार्च 2023 तक मनाई जाएगी. इन दिनों में घरों में अखंड ज्योति जलती है, घट स्थापना की जाती है. अष्टमी और नवमी को कन्या पूजन किया जाता है. 

नवरात्रि के शुभ मुहूर्त –

नवरात्रि के पहले दिन घटस्थापना की जाती है. कहते हैं कि कलश स्थापना अगर शुभ मुहूर्त में की जाए तो मां दुर्गा पूरे नौ दिनों तक घर में वास करती हैं. इस बार चैत्र नवरात्रि के पहले दिन 22 मार्च 2023 को घट स्थापना की जाएगी. घटना स्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त सुबह  6 बजकर 23 मिनट से 7 बजकर 32 तक है. कलश स्थापित करने से मां दुर्गा की पूजा बिना किसी विघ्न के पूरी होती है. घर में सुख समृद्धि आती है. घट स्थापना के समय साधक अपना मुंह पूर्व या उत्तर दिशा में रखें. साथ ही कलश को ईशान कोण में ही स्थापित किया जाता है.

इस नवरात्री में ऐसे करे पूजा –

-पहले दिन कलश की स्थापना करे.
-प्रत्येक दिन सुबह स्नान करके माँ की आरती करे.
-माता के हर एक रूप की पूजा करे.
