Success Story : कभी चपरासी की नौकरी से रिजेक्ट किए जाने वाले, दिल्ली की सड़कों पर रिक्शा खींचने वाला शख्स आज करोड़ों की कैब कंपनी का मालिक है। उसके पास एक नहीं दो कंपनियां है। यह कहानी बिहार के सहरसा जिले के दिलखुश कुमार की है। बेहद खराब और गरीबी के हालात में जीवन जीने वाले दिलखुश कुमार की कहानी आज अनेक लोगों को प्रेरणा देती है। आज दिलखुश खुद ही सैकड़ों लोगों को रोजगार मुहैया करवा रहे हैं।

Success Story : रिक्शा चलाते थे दिलखुश

दिलखुश ने शुरू में कार की ड्राइवरी करना चाही थी। उनके पिता भी बिहार में बस ड्राइवर थे। उन्होंने पटना में चपरासी की नौकरी के लिए इंटरव्यू दिया था। हालांकि इसमें वह रिजेक्ट हो गए थे। इसके बाद वे नौकरी के लिए दिल्ली पहुंचे वहां भी उन्हें विफलता ही हाथ लगी किसी भी कार के मालिक ने उन्हें अपने कार चलाने नहीं दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने पैडल वाले रिक्शा चलाने का फैसला किया।

Success Story : तबियत खराब होने के कारण लौटे घर

रिक्शा चलाने के कुछ ही दिनों बाद दिलखुश की तबीयत बिगड़ने लगी। इसके बाद उनके घर वालों ने उन्हें वापस बुला लिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने पटना में फायर वर्कर्स का काम किया और एक मारुति 800 चलाने की नौकरी भी की। दिलखुश के पिता भी बेहद कम वेतन पाते थे। इस कारण बचपन से ही उनकी पढ़ाई अच्छी नहीं हो सकी। दिलखुश 12वीं में सेकंड डिवीजन और दसवीं में थर्ड डिवीजन पास हुए थे। इसके अलावा 18 साल की उम्र में उनकी शादी भी कर दी गई थी।

Success Story : आज दो कम्पनियाँ चलाते हैं दिलखुश

दिलकुश ने साल 2016 में अपनी कंपनी AryaGo कम्पनी की स्थापना की। इसके अलावा उन्होंने RodBez नाम के कैब कंपनी की शुरुआत की है। आज उनकी कंपनी के नेटवर्क में करीब चार हजार कार है। इसके माध्यम से वह 500 के करीब लोगों को रोजगार मुहैया करवा रहे हैं। 29 साल के दिलखुश आज कई लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा बने हैं।
