हम अकसर दूसरे का साथ मांगते हैं की कोई हमारे साथ बात करे,हमारे साथ वक़्त बिताएं.पर क्या अपने कभी खुद को बोला हैं चलो आज खुद के साथ वक़्त बिताते हैं.आप खुद के लिए पर्याप्त समय निकले और आपको उस वक़्त जो भी करने का मन हो वो करे.खुद से बातें करे की आज दिन-भर में अपने ऐसे कौन-कौन से महत्वपूर्ण काम किये हैं जिसके लिए आपको ईश्वर को धन्यवाद करने की जरुरत हैं.

खुद से बहुत प्यार करे –

हम दूसरों को प्यार कर लेते हैं लेकिन जब बात खुद की आती हैं तो खुद के लिए वक़्त ही नहीं होता.खुद से प्यार करना सीखे.आपको क्या पसंद हैं वो काम करे.जैसे की अगर आपको खाना बनना बहुत पसंद हैं तो वो करे.इससे आपको अपर ख़ुशी महसूस होगी.ठीक उसी प्रकार आपकी केयर करे,खुद को सजा कर रखे जैसे आप दूसरों को सजा कर रखना पसंद करते हैं.

नेगेटिव वातावरण से दूर रहे –

खुश रहने का एक सबसे आसान तरीका नेगेटिव लोग तथा उस परिस्थिति से दूर रहना हैं.ऐसा करने से आप खुद के लिए अच्छा महसूस करेंगे.ध्यान रखे आपका काम लोगों को बदलना नहीं हैं जो बदलाव नहीं चाहते.लेकिन आप खुद पर बदलाव कर सकते हैं.बहुत समय ऐसा लोग कहते भी हैं की घर पर कोई व्यक्ति नेगेटिव हो तो क्या करना चाहिए?मेरा जवाब यही रहेगा की आप जिंदिगी में जिस लक्ष्य के लिए आये हैं वो करे.दूसरों से बहस और उन पर ध्यान देकर अपना वक़्त बर्बाद न करे.

खुद के लक्ष्य से जुड़े काम करे –

अगर आपको खुश रहना हैं तो खुद के लक्ष्य से जुड़ा काम रोज करे यह आपको ख़ुशी देगा.जैसे की आप कोई बिज़नेस करते हैं और यह आपका लक्ष्य हो सकता हैं और इससे ऐसे सोचे की इस बिज़नेस से आप किसी को कितना लाभ दे सकते हैं.पैसे कामना सिर्फ आपका लक्ष्य नहीं होना चाहिए.अगर आपसे किसी और की जिंदिगी पर सकरात्मक प्रभाव बढ़ता हैं तो यह आपको चैन की नींद हर एक दिन देगा.
