Himachal News: हिमाचल किसान सभा, जिला इकाई, सिरमौर ने 9 मार्च वीरवार को शिलाई खण्ड की जकाण्डो पंचायत की जामली पंचायत से सनौरा से राजगढ़-नौहराधार-हरिपुरधार-रोहनाट-मिनस रोड़ को राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग बनाने की मांग को लेकर पदयात्रा शुरू की। एक सप्ताह चलने वाली इस पदयात्रा में किसानों का जत्था 26 पंचायतों से होकर गुज़रेगा और 114 किलामीटर की यात्रा तय करेगा।
किसान सभा के जिलाध्यक्ष सतपाल मान ने बताया कि उक्त रोड़ का निर्माण 1962 में हुआ था तथा यह सड़क हिमाचल प्रदेश को उत्तराखण्ड से जोड़ती है। मान ने बताया कि वर्ष 2016 में केन्द्रीय परिवहन मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरी जी ने प्रदेश की 69 सड़कों को राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग बनाए जाने की घोषणा की थी जिनमें यह रोड़ भी शामिल था।

परन्तु घोषणा होने के बावजूद भी इसका काम आगे नहीं बढ़ पाया इसलिए किसान सभा को यह कदम उठाना पड़ा उल्टा इसे राज्य उच्च मार्ग की श्रेणी से हटाकर मेजर डिस्ट्रिक रोड-‘MDR’ में तबदील किया गया है।किसान सभा सिरमौर के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रमेश वर्मा ने कहा कि पर्यटन और रोज़गार की दृष्टि से सनौरा से राजगढ़-नौहराधार-हरिपुरधार-रोहनाट-मिनस सड़क का बहुत महत्व है।
जिला सिरमौर की बागवानी, सब्ज़ियों, मसालों की फसलों मण्डियों के अंदर पहुंचाया जा सकेगा
इस सड़क के निर्माण से पूरे जिला सिरमौर की बागवानी, सब्ज़ियों, मसालों की फसलों की पैदावार को कम समय एवं कम लागत में विभिन्न मण्डियों के अंदर पहुंचाया जा सकेगा जिससे किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा। वहीं रोड़ बनने से पर्यटन और रोज़गार की सम्भावनाएं भी खुलेंगी। जिससे रोज़गार के लिए जिला से बाहर जाने वाले नौजवानों का पलायन भी रुकेगा।पदयात्रा को हरी झण्डी दिखाने वाले सेवनिवृत अध्यापक और समाजसेवी हरीराम शास्त्री ने कहा कि सरकारों ने इस सड़क के निर्माण कार्य को टालने के लिए कई प्रकार के बहाने बनाए लेकिन अब तो इसकी डीपीआर भी तैयार हो चुकी है इसलिए इसके निर्माण कार्य में देरी नहीं की जानी चाहिए।
राजगढ़-नौहराधार-हरिपुरधार-रोहनाट-मिनस मार्ग का निर्माण शुरू किया जाए
उन्होंने कहा कि दलगत राजनीति से ऊपर उठकर जन सरोकारों से जुड़े सनौरा से राजगढ़-नौहराधार-हरिपुरधार-रोहनाट-मिनस मार्ग का निर्माण शुरू किया जाए।संघर्ष समिति के संयोजक रविन्द्र चौहान ने कहा कि इस पदयात्रा में अन्य संगठनों से भी जुड़ने की अपील की गई है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग बनने से युवाओं के रोज़गार के लिए भी संभावनाएं पैदा होंगी इसलिए उन्हें इस यात्रा में बढ़ चढ़कर भाग लेना चाहिए।
सरकार द्वारा 24 मीटर भूमि का भी अधिग्रहण पूरा किया जा चुका है
जिला सचिव राजेन्द्र ठाकुर ने कहा कि यह सड़क नए हाईवे नियमों को पूरा करती है तथा इस सड़क के लिए प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 24 मीटर भूमि का भी अधिग्रहण पूरा किया जा चुका है इसलिए इस सड़क के निर्माण को शीघ्र ही स्वीकृति प्रदान करके निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पदयात्रा का समापन 15 मार्च को राजगढ़ में होगा जहां हिमाचल किसान सभा के राज्याध्यक्ष डॉ. कुलदीप सिंह तँवर इसे सम्बोधित करेंगे।
