Navratri 2022: आज यानी सोमवार से नवरात्रि के पर्व की शुरुआत हो गई. इन 9 दिनों में माँ दुर्गा के 9 रूपों की पूजा की जाती है. नवरात्रि का पहला दिन मां शैलपुत्री को समर्पित है. मां शैलपुत्री हिमालय राज की पुत्री है. मां दुर्गा के नौ रूप स्वरूप व्यक्ति को जीवन में बहुत कुछ सिखा जाते हैं. ताकि व्यक्ति जीवन में मां शैलपुत्री के नाम की तरह स्थिरता बनी रहे. अपने लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए जीवन में अडिग रहना जरूरी है, जो कि हमें मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा करने से प्राप्त होता है.
आपको बता दे नवरात्रि के पहले दिन कलश स्थापना के बाद मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा की जाती है. इस दिन स्थापना के बाद दुर्गा सप्तशती का पाठ किया जाता है और धार्मिक शास्त्रों के अनुसार कलश को भगवान गणेश का स्वरूप माना जाता है. जैसे किसी भी शुभ कार्य की शुरुआत भगवान गणेश की पूजा से होती है.
उसी प्रकार किसी भी पूजा में कलश पूजा होनी बहुत जरूरी है. नवरात्रि के पहले दिन कलश स्थापना के बाद मां शैलपुत्री की यह कथा सुननी चाहिए. इससे घर में सुख समृद्धि का वास होता है और मां शैलपुत्री का आशीर्वाद मिलता है.
Navratri 2022 : माँ शैलपुत्री की कथा
शास्त्र के मुताबिक मां शैलपुत्री का वाहन वृषभ(बैल) हैं. मां शैलपुत्री हिमालय राज पर्वत की बेटी है. आइए जानते हैं, मां शैलपुत्री की कथा के बारे में. एक बार प्रजापति दक्ष ने यज्ञ के दौरान भगवान शिव और शक्ति को छोड़कर सभी देवताओं को आमंत्रित किया था. लेकिन शक्ति बिना बुलाए ही यज्ञ में जाने को तैयार थी. लेकिन भगवान शिव ने उन्हें समझाया कि ऐसे बिना बुलाए जाना सही नहीं है. लेकिन सती नहीं मानी. ऐसे में सती की जिद के आगे भगवान शिव ने उन्हें इजाजत दे दी.
पिता के यहां यज्ञ में सती बिना निमंत्रण के पहुंच गई सती के साथ वहां बहुत बुरा व्यवहार किया गया. वहां सती से मां के अलावा किसी ने बात नहीं की. इतना ही नहीं उनके पति का उपहास भी उड़ाया गया. ऐसा कठोर व्यवहार और पति का अपमान सती बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पाई और क्रोधित होकर उन्होंने खुद को यज्ञ में भस्म कर लिया.
भगवान शिव को जैसे ही इस बात की सूचना मिली तो उन्होंने गणों को दक्ष के यहां भेजा और यज्ञ विध्वंस करा दिया. शास्त्रों के अनुसार अगले जन्म में सती ने हिमालय की पुत्री के रूप में जन्म लिया और इनका नाम शैलपुत्री रखा गया. अतः नवरात्रि का पहला दिन माँ शैलपुत्री को समर्पित किया जाता है.
Navratri 2022 : माँ शैलपुत्री का प्रिय रंग
ज्योतिष शास्त्र के मुताबिक मां शैलपुत्री को सफेद रंग पर अत्यधिक प्रिय है. इसलिए पूजा के दौरान उन्हें सफेद रंग की चीजों का ही भोग लगाया जाता है और पूजा में सफेद रंग के फूल अर्पित किए जाते हैं. पूजा के समय सफेद रंग के वस्त्र धारण करना शुभ होता है. इस दिन आपके जीवन में आ रही परेशानियों से छुटकारा पाने के लिए एक पान के पत्ते, लोंग और मिश्री का भोग लगा सकते है.
