Adani Hindenburg Case : अमेरिकी रिसर्च फर्म हिंडनबर्ग ने अडानी ग्रुप पर कई सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं.आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दे की अडानी वर्ल्ड के तीसरे सबसे अमीर इंसानो में से एक हैं और भारत के सबसे बड़े बिजनेसमैन के तौर पर भी इन्हे जाना जाता हैं.वही इधर हिंडनबर्ग एक अमेरिकी रिसर्च फर्म हैं, जिन्होंने हाल ही में अडानी ग्रुप के ऊपर कई बड़े आरोप लगाए हैं.उनका कहना हैं की अडानी ग्रुप लगातार कर्ज में डूबता जा रहा हैं और उनके द्वारा ‘टैक्स हेवन’ खड़ी की गयी कंपनियों का उन्होंने नाजायज फायदा उठाया हैं.
हिंडनबर्ग रिपोर्ट के अनुसार शेयर को गलत तरीके से बढ़ाया गया –
हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च ग्रुप ने अपने दो साल के लगातार रीसर्च के बाद अपनी रिपोर्ट जारी की हैं.रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अडानी ने गलत तरीके से अपने शेयर्स को बढ़ाया हैं.बही-खातों में भी गड़बड़ी किया हैं.हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च ग्रुप के लोगो ने अडानी ग्रुप में काम कर रहे कई वरिष्ठ लोगों से बात की तथा विभिन्न देशों में स्थापित ऑफिस का दौरा भी किया.
पिछले 3 साल में बढ़ी 8 लाख करोड़ की सम्पति –
हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च ग्रुप ने अपनी रिसर्च के अनुसार कहा हैं की अडानी की कुल सम्पति 9 लाख करोड़ के लगभग हैं.लेकिन पिछले 3 सालो में करीब 8 लाख करोड़ की सम्पति बढ़ी हैं.हलाकि अडानी ग्रुप के सात कंपनियों में इसके कारण 819 फीसदी की उछाल देखी गयी हैं.सारे कंपनियों ने मोटा कर्ज ले रखा हैं जिसके कारण साल में से पांच कंपनियों के current ratio भी काफी कम हैं.
वैश्विक रेटिंग एजेंसी ‘फिच रेटिंग्स’ ने भी अगस्त 2022 में चिंता जताई थी –
‘फिच रेटिंग्स’ एजेंसी का कहना था की अडानी ग्रुप की कम्पनियाँ विस्तार रूप से बढ़ाई जा रही हैं जबकि कंपनी पैर लोन का बोझ हैं.ऐसा करने से कंपनी पर वित्तीय परेशानियाँ बढ़ रही हैं और कंपनी का कैश फ्लो भी इसका प्रभाव देखने को मिल रहा हैं.
