Himachal News : अगर हम बात हिमाचल की करते है तो अवैध खनन की बात आती है.वही जब कार्रवाई की बात आती है तो इन ट्रैक्टर वालों पर वन विभाग पुलिस माइनिंग सभी चालान करते हैं लेकिन जिनके लिए है अवैध खनन कर रहे हैं उन पर अक्सर कुछ रियायत बरती जाती है। हालांकि पहली कड़ी में दोषी वह ट्रैक्टर चालक है जो अवैध खनन कर रहे हैं लेकिन अगर आप अवैध खनन रुकना चाहते हैं तो जहां से इन्हें अच्छे खासे पैसे अवैध खनन के मिल रहे हैं वहां पर में बड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।
उधर उत्तराखंड पुलिस हो रही परेशान….
हिमाचल के खनन माफियाओं पर लगाम लगाना पछवादून के पुलिस प्रशासन के लिऐ मुसीबत बना हुआ है हिमाचल के खनन माफिया चोरी छिपे उत्तराखंड की सीमा में प्रवेश कर जाते है जैसे ही विकासनगर पुलिस ओर तहसील प्रशासन कार्यवाही के लिए यमुना नदी में पहुंचते हैं तो यह भागकर हिमाचल की सीमा में घुस जाते हैं जिस वजह से संबंधित विभाग कार्यवाही नही कर पा रहे हैं ऐसे में हिमाचल प्रशासन की कार्य प्रणाली सवालों के घेरे में यमुना नदी कई किलोमिटर में फैली हुई है जिसका फायदा कही ना कही हिमाचल के खनन माफिया उठा रहे हैं ओर फजीहत विकासनगर पुलिस ओर तहसील प्रशासन की हो रही है लापरवाही का ठीकरा विकासनगर प्रशासन पर फुट रहा है जबकि विकासनगर पुलिस प्रशासन ने पछवादून क्षेत्र में अवैध खनन पर पूर्ण रूप से अंकुश लगाया हुआ है लेकिन हिमाचल के खनन माफिया की वज़ह से उत्तराखंड के पुलिस प्रशासन को अधिकारियो से खरी खोटी सुननी पड़ रही है।
