Shimla:वीवीआईपी नंबर HP-99-9999 के लिए करोड़ों रुपए की फर्जी बोली लगाने वाले तीनों फर्जी बोलीदाताओं के खिलाफ सरकार एफआईआर करेगी. यह बात हिमाचल प्रदेश के उप मुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री ने पत्रकारों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान कही. उप मुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री ने कहा कि सरकार कार्रवाई कर ऐसी नजीर पेश करेगी, जिससे आने वाले समय में फर्जी बोलीदाता भविष्य में ऐसी घटना को अंजाम नहीं दे सकेंगे उप मुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री के पास परिवहन विभाग है. ऐसे में पहले ही यह कयास लगाए जा रहे थे कि सरकार इन फर्जी बोलीदाताओं पर बड़ी कार्रवाई कर सकती है. मुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री ने कहा कि पोर्टल को फ़िलहाल सस्पेंड किया गया है. इस पोर्टल में कमियों को दूर करने के बाद से फिर शुरू किया जाएगा, लेकिन इससे पहले सरकार फर्जी बोलीदाताओं पर कार्रवाई करेगी. सरकार पहले ही इन फर्जी बोलीदाताओं का पता लगाएगी और इसके बाद उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी ताकि भविष्य के लिए एक उदाहरण स्थापित हो सके ।
17 फरवरी को वीवीआईपी नंबर की ऑनलाइन बीडिंग हुई. इस वीआईपी नंबर के लिए करोड़ों रुपए की बोली लगी. वीवीआईपी नंबर HP-99-9999 खरीदने के लिए एक करोड़ 1 करोड़ 12 लाख 15 हजार 500 रुपए की बोली लगाई थी. दूसरे बोली दाता नाम संजय कुमार ने 1 करोड़ 11 हजार रुपए की बोली लगाई थी. संजय कुमार ने ऑनलाइन बिडिंग में अपना पता ब्लॉक नंबर वन, हाउस नंबर 2, होटल पीटरहॉफ शिमला भरा था, जबकि देसराज ने अपना पता थाना 192, तहसील बद्दी, जिला सोलन भरा था. तीसरे बोली दाता धर्मवीर सिंह ने अपना पता वार्ड नंबर 4, गांव कंडवाल, तहसील नूरपुर, जिला कांगड़ा भरा था.30 फीसदी राशि जमा करवाने का दिया था समयहिमाचल प्रदेश की राजधानी शिमला के रीजनल ट्रांसपोर्ट अथॉरिटी कोटखाई में वीवीआईपी नंबर HP-99-9999 की ऑनलाइन बिडिंग हुई. इस बिडिंग में कुल 26 लोगों ने भाग लिया. कुल 26 में से तीन लोगों ने इस नंबर के लिए एक करोड़ से ज्यादा की बोली लगाई. बोली एक करोड़ के पार जाते ही यह लोगों के बीच चर्चा का विषय बन गया. प्रदेश के साथ ही देश भर में वीवीआईपी नंबर HP-99-9999 की खरीद के लिए करोड़ों रुपए चुकाने की चर्चा होने लगी, लेकिन अब तीनों बोली दाता फ्रॉड निकले. तीनों में से किसी भी बोलीदाता ने कुल राशि का 30 फ़ीसदी अमाउंट जमा नहीं करवाया।
