ONLINE GAMING: गुरूवार को ऑनलाइन गेमिंग को लेकर सरकार ने कई नए नियम जारी किए हैं। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के राज्यमंत्री राजीव चंद्रशेखर ने इन नए नियमों के बारे में घोषणा की है। नए गेमिंग नियम यह हैं कि ऑनलाइन गैम्बलिंग और बेटिंग प्लेटफॉर्म पर दांव लगाने वाले किसी भी गेम को प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही, सभी ऑनलाइन गेम्स को अब सेल्फ-रेगुलेटरी ऑर्गेनाइजेशन यानि एसआऱओ के तहत निर्धारित करा जाएगा।
एसआरओ निर्धारित करेगा कि गेम में गैम्बलिंग है या नहीं।
राज्य मंत्री ने कहा कि जो ऑनलाइन गेम्स जुआ लगाने वाले या सट्टेबाजी में शामिल हैं उन्हें ही नए ऑनलाइन गेमिंग के दायरे में रखे जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हम इस तरह से काम कर रहे है जो सभी ऑनलाइन गेमिंग एप्स को एसआरओ द्वारा निर्धारित होंगे। अब एसआरओ यह निर्धारित करेगा कि किस ऑनलाइन गेम में गैम्बलिंग है और किसमें नहीं।
ONLINE GAMING: उसके साथ ही, उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि ऐसे कई एसआरओ होंगे। इन एसआरओ में उद्योग के साथ सभी हित धारकों की भागीदारी भी होगी लेकिन यह सिर्फ उद्योग तक के लिए ही सीमित नहीं। यदि देखा जाए तो अब हर एक गेम को एसआरओ निगरानी में रखा जाएगा जिसके बाद ही गेम को लागु करने की अनुमति दी जाए। गेम को अनुमति तभी मिलेगी तब वह यह साबित न हो जाए की गेम गैम्बलिंग गेम नहीं है।
सिर्फ गेम्स ही नहीं, देश में अब कई ऐसे ऑनलाइन एप्स मौजूद हैं जिनसे लोग कुछ राशि जीतते हैं। ऐसे गेम्स को भी ऑनलाइन गेमिंग नियमों में शामिल किया गया।
ऑल इंडिया गेमिंग फेडरेश्न ने नए ऑनलाइन गेमिंग नियमों का किया स्वागत
ONLINE GAMING: सरकार द्वारा लाए गए ऑनलाइन गेमिंग नियमों का ऑल इंडिया गेमिंग फेडरेशन ने भी स्वागत किया। फेडरेश्न के सीईओ, रोलैंड लैंडर्स ने बताया कि फेडरेश्न देश में ऑनलाइन गेमिंग को रेगुलेट करने लिए किए गए बदलाव का स्वागत करती है। इस तरह के कड़े नियमों की माँग काफी समय से गेमर्स और ऑनलाइन गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री माँग भी कर रही थी। सरकार द्वारा इस तरह की पहल गेमिंग इंडस्ट्री को वैश्विक स्तर पर बेहतर करने के लिए भी प्रेरित करेगा।
