Patna News : सीबीआई की एक टीम सोमवार सुबह पटना में पूर्व सीएम राबड़ी देवी के आवास पर पहुंची है, उनके घर के अंदर के अधिकारियों ने पुष्टि की है।एनडीटीवी की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बिहार में नौकरी के लिए जमीन घोटाले को लेकर सीबीआई राबड़ी देवी के आवास पर पहुंच गई है. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह कोई छापेमारी या तलाशी नहीं है, वे मामले में उसके बयान दर्ज करने के लिए वहां हैं।उनके आवास के बाहर के दृश्य इंटरनेट पर सामने आए हैं।
सीबीआई द्वारा पूछताछ जारी –
यह पूछताछ लालू प्रसाद यादव और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों, जिनमें देवी और उनकी बेटियां मीसा और हेमा शामिल हैं, के मामले के सिलसिले में दिल्ली की एक अदालत में पेश होने से एक सप्ताह पहले आई हैं।सीबीआई के नौकरी के बदले जमीन मामले में यादव और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ-साथ 12 अन्य लोगों पर 2004-2009 तक केंद्रीय रेल मंत्री के रूप में यादव के कार्यकाल के दौरान नौकरी देने के बदले में औने-पौने दामों पर जमीन खरीदने का आरोप है।
मई 2022 में दर्ज की गई प्राथमिकी में आरोप लगाया गया है कि रेलवे द्वारा निर्धारित दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन करते हुए लोगों को मुंबई, जबलपुर, कोलकाता, जयपुर और हाजीपुर के रेलवे ज़ोन में ग्रुप-डी के पदों पर स्थानापन्न के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था। इन लोगों ने कथित तौर पर यादव के परिवार के सदस्यों को अपनी जमीन का स्वामित्व हस्तांतरित कर दिया और एक कंपनी को बाद में परिवार ने अपने कब्जे में ले लिया।
साजिश और भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में चार्जशीट दाखिल –
सीबीआई द्वारा पिछले साल दायर चार्जशीट में यादव, उनकी पत्नी और उनकी बेटियों पर साजिश और भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाया गया था। हालांकि, राजद नेताओं ने आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए दावा किया है कि वे राजनीति से प्रेरित हैं। उन्होंने भाजपा पर लालू प्रसाद यादव जैसे विपक्षी नेताओं को निशाना बनाने के लिए सीबीआई सहित केंद्रीय एजेंसियों का दुरुपयोग करने का आरोप लगाया है।
राबड़ी देवी से पूछताछ ऐसे समय में हुई है, जब एक दिन पहले उनके बेटे और बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव सहित नौ विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को एक पत्र लिखा था, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया था कि राजनीतिक उद्देश्यों के लिए भाजपा द्वारा केंद्रीय एजेंसियों का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है। पत्र में कहा गया है कि केंद्रीय एजेंसियों के कदमों से “अक्सर संदेह पैदा होता है कि वे सत्तारूढ़ व्यवस्था के विस्तारित पंखों के रूप में काम कर रहे थे”।
