जी हाँ सही पढ़ा अपने 2023 साल के आखिरी में विधान सभा चुनाव होने वाला हैं.लेकिन सरकार अभी ने एक्शन मोड पर हैं.मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गलहोत ने एक नया दाव खेला हैं और वह दाव हैं न्यूनतम किराये पर गरीबों को रहने के लिए आवास मिलेगा.इसके लिए आदेश भी जारी कर दिया गया हैं.ई.डब्लू.एस तथा एल.आई.जी वर्ग को अब 200 से 300 रूपये पति महीने में किराये पर आवास मिल सकेगा.

पहले आओ पहले पाओ –

नगर विकास की ओर से बनाये गए इन आवासों को गरीबों में आवंटित किया जायेगा.बकाये शर्त “पहले आओ तथा पहले पाओ” के आधार पर माकन को दिया जायेगा.एक सबसे बड़ी ख़ुशी की बात यह भी हैं की अगर दिए गए मकान में रहने वाला व्यक्ति 10 साल तक रहता हैं तो वह उसके मालिक भी बन सकते हैं.मकान पाने के लिए भी कुछ राशि को जमा करना होगा.हालांकि अभी तक केवल 1000 आवास ही उपलब्ध हैं.

आवास लेने के लिए क्या-क्या हैं शर्त –

-अगर आप EWS कैटेगरी में हैं तो आपको 200 रूपये प्रति माह चुकाने होंगे.
-वही अगर आप LIG कैटेगरी में हैं तो आपको 300 रूपये चुकाने पड़ेंगे.
-आवास का रखरखाव तथा मरम्मत की जिम्मेदारी आवास में रहने वाले की होगी.
-सिर्फ यही नहीं पानी और बिजली का बिन भी आपको चुकाना होगा.
-निकाय की जिम्म्मेदारी होगी आवास प्रोजेक्ट एरिया तक मूलभूत सुविधा पहुंचना.
-जल पूर्ति,बिजली सप्लाई,सड़क आदि की जिम्मेदारी भी निकाय की ही होगी.
