Influenza B Virus : आज की खबर आपको चूका कर रख देगी क्योकि बात ही कुछ ऐसी हैं. टीवी एक्ट्रेस देबिना बैनर्जी हाल ही में श्रीलंका से लौटी हैं। वापस आते ही वह इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी वायरस की चपेट में आ गई हैं। वह सभी सावधानियां बरत रही हैं और रिकवरी की ओर बढ़ रही हैं। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी वायरस क्या है? मनु्ष्यों को संक्रमित करने वाले इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस तीन तरह के होते हैं, ए, बी और सी।आइये जानते हैं इस वायरस के क्या लक्षण हैं और इससे कैसे सावधान रहा जा सकता हैं.

इस विरस के कई प्रकार होते हैं जैसे टाइप-ए,टाइप-बी तथा टाइप-सी –
1. टाइप-ए –
टाइप-ए इन्फ्लूएंजा अत्यधिक संक्रामक होता है, जो बीमारी को तेजी से फैलाता है और महामारी की वजह बनता है। इसके कई स्ट्रेन होते हैं, जिनमें से एक इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी भी है। आपको अगर इन्फ्लूएंजा की वैक्सीन लगी है, तो यह आपको नए स्ट्रेन से नहीं बचा पाएगी। जंगली पक्षी टाइप-ए वायरस के प्राकृतिक होस्ट होते हैं, जो महामारी का रूम लेने में सक्षम हैं।

2. टाइप-बी –

टाइप-बी संक्रमण प्राकृतिक तौर पर मनुष्यों को ही संक्रमित करता है। यह टाइप-ए के मुकाबले ज्यादा फैलता है और फ्लू सीजन में कम देखने को मिलता है। इन्फ्लूएंजा-ए के मुकाबले इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी के स्ट्रेन धीमी रफ्तार में बदलते हैं। इसलिए इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी वायरस की वजह से महामारी फैलने की उम्मीद काफी कम है।

इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस को पहचानने के लक्षण –
-आपको जुकाम भी हो सकता हैं.
-खांसी, नाक का बहना, नाक का बंद होना, छींके आना, गले में खराश, सिर दर्द, बुखार, थकावट, कंपकपी, और बदन दर्द -इसके अहम लक्षण हैं।
-यह बीमारी एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे में फैल सकती है।
-यह वायरस आपके श्वसन तंत्र को संक्रमित कर सकता है।
-आपके लक्षण एक हफ्ते के अंदर ठीक नहीं होते, तो आपको डॉक्टर को जरूर दिखाना चाहिए।

इसके रोकथाम के उपाय –

इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी के लिए आपके डॉक्टर कुछ एंटी-वायरल दवाइयां दे सकते हैं। जिनसे फ्लू के लक्षण हल्के होंगे और आपको तुरंत राहत मिलेगी। साथ ही खूब सारा पानी पिएं और ज्यादा से ज्यादा फ्लूएड्स लें।

इस वायरस से बचने के उपाय –
इन्फ्लूएंजा-बी वायरस से बचने के लिए साल में एक बार इन्फ्लूएंजा वैक्सीन जरूरू लगवाएं। यह आपको फ्लू के मौसम में इंफ्लूएंजा के कई स्ट्रेन्स से बचाकर रखेगी। इसके अलावा दिन में कई बार हाथों को जरूर साफ करें, फ्लू सीजन में भीड़भाड़ से दूर रहें, छींकते या खांसते वक्त मुंह को हाथों से ढकें और मास्क पहनने की कोशिश करें।
