मिनी बजट पेश करने वाले हैं मुख्यमंत्री गेहलोत –
मुख्यमंत्री गेहलोत ने 10 फ़रवरी को बजट पेश किया था. जिसके बाद विपक्ष के नेताओं ने कई सवाल-जवाब उठाये.आज सदन में फिर से मुख्यमंत्री जी सव्भाविक तौर से एक मिनी बजट पेश करेंगे.इसकी शुरुवात शाम 4 बजे से होगी जिसका संबोधन सतीश पूनिया करेंगे. इस दौरान वे विधानसभा सदस्यों द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों का जवाब भी देंगे और विभिन्न मांगों को पूरा करते हुए कई घोषणाएं भी करेंगे. बजट भाषण से नाखुश हुए युवाओं, कर्मचारियों और अन्य वर्ग की निगाहें मुख्यमंत्री के आज के भाषण पर टिकी है. उम्मीदें है कि सीएम कई बड़ी घोषणाएं कर सकते हैं.
युवाओं के लिए घोषणाएं कर सकते हैं मुख्यमंत्री गेहलोत –
इस बार युवाओं को सरकार से काफी उम्मीदें हैं.यह बात सरकार भी जानती हैं की सरकार में रहने के लिए उन्हें युवाओं का सहारा बनना पड़ेगा.चुनाव सर पर हैं ऐसे में सरकार युवाओं की नाराजगी दूर करने का प्रयास करेगी.इसी लिहाज से बजट रिप्लाई के दौरान करीब एक लाख से ज्यादा नौकरियों की घोषणा होने की आस हैं. इसके साथ ही बेरोजगारों को दिए जाने वाले बेरोजगारी भत्ते में इंटरशिप की अनिवार्यता खत्म करने और भत्ते की राशि बढ़ाए जाने की भी पूरी उम्मीद है.
कर्मचारियों के ओल्ड स्कीम को लेकर हो सकती हैं घोषणा –
जी हाँ पिछले साल के बजट में भले ही सरकार ने ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम लागू करने की घोषणा की हो लेकिन प्रदेश के कर्मचारी सरकार से नाराज हैं.कर्मचारियों का आरोप है कि सरकार ने पिछले चार साल तक उनकी किसी भी मांगों को पूरा नहीं कर पायी हैं.कर्मचारियों का कहना हैं की उनसे एक बार भी बातचीत नहीं किया गया. न्यू पेंशन स्कीम के जरिए केन्द्र सरकार के कोष में जमा हुआ पैसा राज्य सरकार वापस नहीं दिला पा रही हैं. ऐसे में उन्हें ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम का पूरा लाभ भी नहीं मिल सकेगा. इसके साथ पदोन्नती से जुड़ी कई विसंगतियां है जिसे दूर नहीं किया जा रहा है. गुरुवार को बजट रिप्लाई के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत कर्मचारियों की कई मांगों को पूरा करने की घोषणाएं कर सकते हैं. पदोन्नति प्रावधान में बदलाव करके 9, 18 और 27 साल के स्थान पर 8, 16 और 24 वर्ष किए जाने की संभावना है.
