Himachal Update : हिमाचल के धर्मशाला में आज मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू के आभार-रैली के दौरान, आईपीएस साजू राम राणा की मौत हो गयी.जिससे मंत्री-मंडलो के बीच एक सन्नाटे सा छाया हुआ हैं.दरअसल धर्मशाला में जोरावर स्टेडियम में मंगलवार को कांग्रेस पार्टी की तरफ से आभार रैली आयोजित की गई. रैली में सुरक्षा बंदोबस्त को लेकर साजू राम राणा सेक्शन इंचार्ज थे.उनके निधन पर सीएम सुक्खू ने शोक जताया है. मौजूदा समय में वह जंगलबैरी में 4RTH IRB बटालियन के कमांडेंट थे.

जानकारी के अनुसार, आईपीएस अधिकारी साजू राम मूल रूप से मंडी जिले के धर्मपुर के ध्वाली गांव के रहने वाले थे . निधन पर इलाके के लोगों की ओर से सोशल मीडिया पर शोक जताया गया है.इससे पहले, एसआर राणा बिलासपुर जिले में एसपी थे. बिलासपुर से पहले उनकी तैनाती किन्नौर में भी रही थी. कोरोना काल और लॉकडाउन के दौरान वह किन्नौर में तैनात थे. कांगड़ा के सीएम सुदर्शन सिंह ने उनकी मौत की पुष्टि की है. उन्होंने बताया कि हर्ट अटैक आने से उनकी मौत हुई है.
