Delhi police barricades: देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में सड़कों पर जाम लगने की बढती जा रही है और इनका सबसे बड़ा कारण जगह-जगह सड़कों पर लगी बेरिकेडिंग भी है, जिनसे दिल्लीवासी खासे परेशान रहते हैं। अब इस परेशानी पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस को फटकार लगाते हुए टिप्पणी की है कि सड़कें सफ़र के लिए होती हैं,न कि रास्तों को रोके जाने के लिए ।


आपकों बता दें कि हाईकोर्ट ने मानवरहित बैरिकेड के के विरोध में पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी को लिखे गए एक पत्र पर संज्ञान लिया गया था। इस पत्र में लिखा गया था कि दिल्ली पुलिस की तरफ से ट्रैफिक पीक टाइम पर मानवरहित बैरिकेड लगायें जाते है जोकि जनता के लिए परेशानी का सबब बनें हुयें है पत्र में इनका विरोध किया गया था। इसे लेकर हाईकोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस के सीनियर अफसर को कोर्ट में तलब भी किया था। इस मामले में न्यायमू्र्ति मुक्ता गुप्ता और न्यायमूर्ति अनीश दयाल की पीठ ने सुनवाई की है । पत्र में शिकायत की गई थी कि शाम के समय भरी ट्राफिक में भी पुलिसकर्मी सड़कों पर बैरिकेड लगाते हैं और यातायात नियंत्रण पर ध्यान नहीं देते बल्कि एक तरफ खड़े रहते हैं।


कोर्ट में सुनवाई के समय हाईकोर्ट की बेंच ने कहा कि एक मानवरहित बैरिकेड भी यातायात जाम का एक बड़ा कारण बनता है। इस दौरान पीठ ने पुलिस को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा, जिसे भागना होता है, वह आपको चकमा देने में कामयाब हो ही जाता है। आप क्या सभी रास्तों को बंद करके यातायात को मैनेज कर सकते हैं। ऐसे में अगर किसी को मेडिकल इमरजेंसी हो तो उसे पहले आधा घंटा उस रास्ते को पार करने में लगाना होगा। जिससे मरीज का वक्त पर अस्पताल पहुंचना संभव नहीं होगा। शाम छह बजे जब ट्रैफिक अपने चरम पर होता है तो आप ये बैरिकेड लगा देते हैं और सड़कों को अवरुद्ध कर देते हैं। वहीं पीठ ने कहा विशेष पुलिस आयुक्त (कानून और व्यवस्था) सुनवाई की अगली तारीख पर अदालत में इस बारे में विस्तृत रिपोर्ट के साथ पेश होंगे। मामले की अगली सुनवाई के लिए पांच सितंबर की तारीख तय की गई है।
